How do we get started?

What determines the paid plan?
We discuss your sites, users, deployment and support needs before recommending a plan. The free sandbox needs no payment card. For controller compatibility, see the Platform page; for hosting and processing details, see Trust & security.
Can we run production on the beta?
The public beta is for evaluation, device-type authoring, simulation and supervised commissioning trials alongside existing SCADA. Production control stays on your current system.
Is there an SLA and a data processing agreement?
Our Enterprise SLA sets out cloud availability and support terms. During public beta, availability is provided on a reasonable-endeavours basis unless your order states otherwise. The DPA applies where we process personal data on your behalf; the subprocessor register lists processing providers.
